Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in vivo studies in rodent models using advanced microsurgical techniques
- Design and implement experimental protocols related to therapeutic interventions
- Analyze and interpret data; contribute to scientific publications and grant applications
- Coordinate with internal and external collaborators
Your profile
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with rodent surgery and in vivo experimental models
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and well-organized
- A proactive mindset with a passion for translational research

The Department of Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery at the University Hospital Zurich is engaged in cutting-edge translational research combining fine surgical techniques and targeted drug therapies to address complex medical challenges. Our focus areas include, but are not limited to:
